7 Days Premium - Kunming South High Speed Railway Station University Town Metro Station

The location was perfect since Line 1 of the Metro Subway was only a minute away. The staff was quite kind and helpful; someone on the staff paid in full for my taxi to the Kunming South Train Station.

Very convenient to the subway line and train station.

we booked the room is for three persons , and the charge is three persons ,but they did not set the supplier for three persons, let say pillow ,tooth brush, towel and water etc. when we ask the front deck staff , to replace it, but the staff reply our room is for two persons only, we will not give additional ,I said we pay the room rate is for three persons, she said no and very unpolite .and said our room is just for two. I Only said one bottle of water , the answer is no. so please booking.com you go to check and give me a acceptable reason, and I hope the hotel manger know this and contact me by Email. please follow and reply, if not i will never never to use the Booking . com. thank you
